Personal data is entered strictly in accordance with the identification document presented at the Consular Post (CP).

Confirm your contact data.
Follow the link from the e-mail to confirm your electronic mail.
Enter the code from the SMS-message to confirm your phone number (used not in all CPs).

Make an appointment.
Making an appointment is free of charge.
In case a time slot is available to accommodate your appointment:
5.1. Choose the date and time, and make an appointment.
You will receive an electronic confirmation of your registration containing necessary data related to your application.
In case a time slot is not available to accommodate your appointment:
5.1. Register in the wait-list.
You will receive an e-mail with the data required in accordance with your application. The system will assign a number in the wait-list. The status of your application can be traced by entering the application number and security code or by following the link given during registration.
5.2. Confirm the application relevance.
In case of a long waiting time due to the great demand for the selected issue the system will send a request to confirm the application relevance. In the absence of the relevance confirmation within 24 hours the application will be deleted from the system.
5.3. Wait for the notification about time availability.
When opening the timetable the system sends out e-mails on the possibility to sign in with your issue in accordance with your wait-list number. These offers remain valid for a limited time (24 hours), and in the absence of response, they are transferred to subsequent applicants. You can skip the unsuitable time of appointment while staying in the wait-list. When opening the timetable next time the system will offer you another time slot. The system will cancel your application if you reject the proposed time slot for a third time.
